I am Rosie Alanis, the proud founder of Alanis Salon and a CombLine National Educator. With a career spanning over 25+ years in the beauty industry, my journey has been driven by a passion for education and a dedication to the art and science of hair care. As an educator, my expertise extends beyond a single technique; I am committed to advancing the craft of hair extensions, hair replacement, and holistic hair health, sharing my knowledge with both clients and professionals alike.
Alanis Salon, established in 2013, is the culmination of my decades-long experience. The salon is centrally located near Downtown, Montrose, and River Oaks. Before opening our doors, I spent over 20 years as a salon owner honing my skills, exploring innovative techniques, and understanding the profound impact of personal appearance on confidence and self-esteem. My salon is more than just a business; it is a space where artistry meets innovation, and where every client is treated with personalized care and attention.
We specialize in offering a diverse array of services, with a particular emphasis on the latest in hair extensions and hair replacement services. Thomas Victor Hogan
He has been a licensed hairstylist for 3+ years. He enjoys making people feel good about themselves. “I want my clients to know that I care and I am here to make them feel beautiful .” Thomas is passionate about his career and to never stop learning. He specializes in Hair extensions, Highlights, Balayage, Haircuts, Blowouts and Updo’s.
He loves Mexican food and spending time with friends & family.

Crystal Saldana
Crystal, a professional hair stylist has been with Alanis Salon for 5+ years. Crystal is a color and cutting specialist with a special focus on all things hair extensions including K-tips, Mago, and Micropoint Links.
“The thing I love most about my career is learning new things, especially hair extensions: Knowledge is POWER.” She is always open to new ideas & value receiving feedback.
Crystal is passionate about her family; she wakes up every day, making sure her family is healthy & happy.
She loves traveling & her favorite food is Italian. When Crystal is not in the salon, she is spending time with her family. She is an Aries: independent, bold, creative and fun!
Pamela Castillo
She has been a licensed hairstylist for 13 years. “What I love more about my career is that there is always something new to learn, opportunities for growth, and the creativity behind our craft. I also love my clients and how caring for their hair can accentuate how beautiful they already are.”

Her family is from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Pam is a native Houstonian. She loves to travel, work out, try different foods, dancing, music, art, and reading a good book.
