16. What happens if you leave hair extensions in too long? If extensions are left on too long, the extensions will cause knotting, and extensions will start to show.

19. How do you sleep comfortably with extensions? We suggest either a low ponytail, loose bun, or braids to keep hair from knotting. Also may purchase a silk pillow, and make sure to brush before going to bed.
